Christmas Decor Swap, Sewing and Humanitarian Quilt Potluck Night

Join us Tuesday, January 12th at 6:30pm (at the church)

We will be having a night of various activities.

1. Christmas Decor Swap:

Bring your old Christmas Decorations that you don't want anymore! We are going to SWAP! You don't have to bring something in order to take something home. Those who bring to the swap don't have to take anything home if they don't want.

2. Beginning Sewing Class:

If you want to learn the basics of sewing, let Sister Stott know you will be coming. We would like to have one-on-one learning. Bring your sewing machine with you. If you don't have a machine, there are a few that belong to the ward that can be used. In the near future we plan on having a "square of the month" quilting class!

3. Humanitarian Quilt

We will have a quilt set up for sister to help tie.

4. Potluck

Bring something to share!

We hope to see you all at the activity!

The Watch Lady is Coming!!

You know those super cute beaded watches?
Like this:

We will have the opportunity to make these on November 10th!
Here is how it works: You pick out the beads you would like to use to make your watch band (first come first serve), you pick out a watch face, you learn how to put the band and the watch together. These watches cost $25 and up, depending on the beads you choose (you pay by the bead)
If you are interested, the watch lady will be set up in the Cultural Hall at 6:30pm on Nov 10th. (At which point we will all find out what her real name is)

These would be a GREAT Christmas gift!
